Christmas Cooking Workshop and Feast with Nicky and Hen

Come and join Nicky and Hen for this decadent, fun and abundantly healthy festive evening.

Just like a typical Christmas Day, we'll be cooking and creating the final touches of the meal together and then sitting down to indulge in the most delicious and abundant feast.

Both Hen and Nicky wanted to create an evening for you where you had as much part in creating the beautiful food we will be enjoying as cooking together with everyone pitching in is one of our favourite parts of Christmas Day.

Starting the workshop, Nicky Clinch (Professional Macrobiotic Chef, Integrative Counsellor & Teacher of 6 Week Course "Transform your Diet, Transform Your Life"), will be teaching you amazing cooking skills in preparing the Salmon Wellington and Chestnut Apricot Roasts for the main course. Decorating both to be stunningly festive.

You'll then move on to an amazing session with Henrietta Inman (Professional Patisserie Chef and author of the wonderful all natural gluten, dairy & refined sugar-free book 'Clean Cakes'), making beautiful Mince Pies and playfully decorating mini Hazelnut Chocolate Tortes and Mini Pumpkin Carrot Cakes. Learning amazing skills to take home with you and impress your family and friends over the holiday season.

After cooking we will all sit down together to a festive Christmas Table and share a delicious Christmas Feast together.

During the feast, both Nicky and Hen will give brief talks on how to take the best care of yourselves over the holiday season and how to enjoy all the sweet treats in a healthy nourishing way.

We'll then say our happy goodbyes and send you all home with wonderful goodie bags.

N.B. Everything served will be free of Refined Sugar and Gluten-Free made with the best quality ingredients.
Everything besides the Salmon Wellington will be dairy free as there will be a little organic butter in the Wellington pastry.

Nicky Clinch
Nicky is a Certified Macrobiotic Nutritionist, Counsellor and Chef who specialises in teaching about empowered balanced living and eating that comes from the inside out. With her background in Oriental Medicine and Emotional Counselling and a certified Macrobiotic Chef, Nicky is fast becoming a true pioneer in her field and her work intends for us all to create solid, sustainable foundations in our health and lives through food, body and soul, helping us truly come home to ourselves.

Henrietta Inman
I’m a pastry chef but not as you know it! I cook with wholegrain flours and other natural and totally delicious ingredients. I want to show people that baking really doesn’t have to be difficult. On our festive-filled evening, I'll tell you all about the wonderful ingredients and method of making my Pumpkin, Carrot and Walnut Cakes with Cashew Orange Frosting, my Vegan Quince Mince Pies and my Chocolate and Hazelnut Torte with Honey Praline Ganache... then it will be down to you to decorate them all with delicious icings and edible flowers, before sitting down to enjoy them with Nicky's wonderful recipes.
Chat to me whilst your finishing off your delicious cakes... I want to inform you all that you you can whip up some tasty and nourishing treats on a Sundaynight to last as snacks for the week but also some showstoppers too, that won’t break the bank or take you hours to make, yum yum!
