Christmas Dinner at PJ's Chelsea Brasserie!
The festive season is just around the corner! It is with great pleasure that we invite you to our annual Christmas dinner for a memorable evening.
This year, we will be gathering at the elegant PJ's Chelsea Brasserie to celebrate, enjoy a fantastic meal, and make new friends in a festive and friendly atmosphere.
Dress code: Bring out your best Christmas jumper or your favourite party outfit! The most important thing is to come as you like to celebrate Christmas.
Secret Santa: For those who wish to participate, we will be organising a Secret Santa! More details will be sent to those who sign up.
The Festive Menu
A delicious three-course meal awaits us.
TO START (CHOOSE ONE)
- CELERIAC SOUP (pb): Truffle croutons.
- BEEF CARPACCIO: Wild rocket, shaved Parmesan, mustard dressing.
- CRISPY FRIED ARTICHOKES (pb): Caper and herb mayonnaise.
- SALMON RILLETTE: Pickled fennel, crème fraiche, dill oil.
- DUCK LIVER PARFAIT: Plum chutney, spiced port reduction, toasted sourdough.
THE MAIN EVENT (CHOOSE ONE)
- TRADITIONAL CHRISTMAS TURKEY: Traditional roast turkey, roast potatoes, honey-glazed carrots, parsnips, Brussels sprouts, pigs in blankets, sage & sausage stuffing, cranberry sauce and red wine jus.
- ROAST BREAST OF DUCK: Dauphinoise potatoes, buttered kale, cherry & red wine sauce.
- SEABASS FILLET: Braised fennel, chilli and tomato beurre blanc.
- BAROLO BRAISED SHIN OF BEEF: Pomme puree, baby onions, button mushrooms, pancetta, braising juices.
- ROASTED BUTTERNUT SQUASH RISOTTO (v): Parmesan, toasted quinoa, curry oil. (A vegan alternative is available on request.)
TO FINISH (CHOOSE ONE)
- CHRISTMAS PUDDING: Traditional pudding rich with fruit and spices, served with brandy sauce.
- CRÈME BRULEE: Vanilla crème brulee topped with a caramelised sugar crust.
- BELGIAN CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE CAKE (pb): Raspberry coulis, salted caramel ice cream.
- STICKY TOFFEE PUDDING: Cornish clotted cream, caramel sauce.
- CROPWELL BISHOP STILTON: Plum chutney and crackers.

Thanks to a special offer negotiated for our group, the price is £54 per person.
