Once again, local organisations and churches are working together to provide and distribute Christmas Hampers to people in need. For more information, see flyer below.
All of the donations we receive need to be sorted, repackaged and then delivered and we can't do any of this without your help! Please see dates and times of the deliveries below. We suggest that deliveries are done in pairs as the hampers can be quite heavy.
Deliveries - Friday 5 December - 11am - 2pm and Sunday 7 December - 12 - 3pm
If you would like to help with deliveries, please click on the relevant "ticket" to sign up a car load for that session slot. Each delivery will consist of 4-6 hampers so if you can do more than one car load please buy additional tickets. Full instructions will be given when you arrive but if you have any questions please email communityteam@burgesshill.gov.uk
Printed Maps
Please note that printed maps for deliveries will only be provided for those that do not have access to Google Maps/Satnav/GPS/etc. After you have registered, you will be asked whether you require a printed map. If you do, please tick the box.
