Christmas Lydiard Joiner Party Nights - 20th December

Kick off the evening with a glass of fizz on arrival before indulging in a delicious three-course plated dinner.

Then, hit the dancefloor as our resident DJ keeps the party going all night long! Don’t forget to capture the memories at our selfie station, the perfect way to remember a spectacular night of festive cheer!

Doors open at 7:30pm with food served at 7:45pm. Bar closing at 11:30pm and event closing at 12.00am with carriages at 12.30am.

Terms and Conditions:

1. These conditions apply to all guests attending Christmas programme

events (Event).

2. All Events are subject to availability.

3. The rate for the Event and any accommodation shall be the rate detailed in

the confirmation of booking supplied by the hotel, which may be sent by

fax, post, or e-mail. Children are charged as detailed in brochure.

4. All prices shown are inclusive of VAT, but may be subject to any other

relevant taxes/levies at the current prevailing rate in force on the date of the

Event. Prices advertised are subject to change prior to booking.

5. Except as set out below, we regret that all payments received, including

deposits, are non-refundable and non-transferable.

6. We regret that should your party size decrease in numbers, payments

(including deposits) cannot be offset against food, drinks, or

accommodation.

7. In the unlikely event that the hotel is obliged to cancel the Event, all

monies will be refunded, or an alternative date will be offered (at the

hotel’s discretion), without any further liability to the hotel. The hotel is not

responsible to find another venue. Client will be informed no later than 14

days prior.

8. No additional food or drinks of any kind are permitted into the hotel by

party organisers or guests. Any items found will be seized from the guest

during the party period.

9. All data and information relating to guests is subject to the Privacy Policy

set out in full on the Hilton Worldwide website.

10. DoubleTree by Hilton Swindon will endeavour to ensure that all the

information and prices are accurate. However, occasionally errors occur,

and DoubleTree by Hilton Swindon reserves the right to correct prices or

other information in such circumstances. If a booking has already been

made, the hotel is entitled to cancel the booking without liability.

11. These conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of

England will have exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

12. Any accommodation booked shall be subject to our hotel booking terms

and conditions (available at hilton.com).

13. The venue operate a strict Challenge 25 policy and any guests that cannot

produce a legal form of identification will be refused the sale of alcohol.

14. Organiser vouchers of £50 will not be valid for the night of your party and

can only be used from the 1st of January 2026 to the 31st of March 2026.

Vouchers will be given to the main organiser on the night of the event.

Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

15. The 14Twelve Brasserie and Lydiard Party nights will close at midnight

with the bar closing at 11:30pm. Guests are expected to arrange carriages

from this point.

16. Early Booker promotion must be confirmed and full payment to be prepaid by the 30th

September 2025.

17. Any drinks vouchers or packages purchased prior to the event will not

be refunded if not consumed. These packages can also not be moved or

used at another event.

18. Drinks packages must be prebooked and will not be available on the night.

19. Please note that for each party night there is a potential of table sharing

with other bookers on joiner nights

20. We are currently running as a cashless property.

21. Pre-orders must be submitted by 31st October 2025. If we do not receive

your pre-order by this date, please note that the option available on the

night will be the chef’s choice. All dietary requirements must be provided

by 31st October 2025. Failure to inform us of any dietary needs in advance

may result in delays in service and food preparation.

22. At this premises we operate a zero tolerance policy. We will not accept

any verbal or physical harassment of our staff, regardless of there religion,

sexual orientation, gender, ethnicity, race or any other factor. Any persons

found to be harassing our staff will be asked to leave the premises.
