Is the event dog friendly?

Unfortunately we only allow service dogs

Will the bar be open?

Our bar will be open through the event for you to purchase drinks

Is the venue fully accessible?

Yes we have a lift to all floors and an accessible toilet

There is limited parking around the mills so we recommend car sharing and using public transport where possible

Is there disabled parking?

We will reserve our venue car park for around 30 disabled spaces

Do I need to pay for a baby?

Not for an entry ticket but you do require a grotto ticket if you wish for them to visit Santa

Do we need to prebook our grotto visit?

Yes, we will not be able to accept on the day bookings for the grotto. A ticket must be purchased in advance

- Santa's Grotto : A grotto ticket must be purchased for a visit to Santa (Gift, photo & Reindeer food included in grotto visit ticket price)

If you wish to visit Santa in his grotto these tickets must be booked separately in advance.

Children under the age of 12 months are free entry to the event but may still need a grotto ticket.
