Whilst CHECT have already subsidised the costs, we want everyone to have the opportunity to come to these brilliant events - so if the cost of travel would prove to be prohibitive, please speak to your Support Worker to discuss this.

We ensure all of our CHECT events are accessible to all! If there is an exception we will let you know in the"About this event" section.

What ages are allowed to this event?

This particular event is aimed at families, and the activities are geared towards children up to age 10/11.

How do I provide feedback for an event I attended?

We kindly ask that you allow 5 mins after the event to fill out one of our feedback forms - your opinions and ideas are invaluable to us! If you missed this on the day then please email events@chect.org.uk and we'll send you our feedback form.

Can I buy lunch at the venue?

There is a cafe at the venue for you to buy lunch at if you don't want to bring your own packed lunch.

I need assistance travelling

Please do bring someone with you, free of charge, to act as a carer for the day to assist with your travel.

I can't come anymore, can I get a refund

Please email events@chect.org.uk stating why you require a refund and we'll process within 15 working days.
