Christmas Succulent Living Wall or Wreath Workshop with Hanging Kokedama!
Sat 10 December 2016, 10:00 – 12:30 GMT
You may have seen living walls – vertical gardens on modern buildings. Here is your chance to learn how they are made. Kerry Haycock from Succulents of Yorkshire is an expert.
On this two and a half hour course you can choose whether to make a panel 50cmx50cm to fix on a wall at home, or create a succulent wreath and a kokedama (a hanging ball.)
We will provide all that is needed to complete these stunning additions to your garden or home. Why not make a living wall plaque for a christmas gift or a wreath for yours or a loved ones door?
Includes living wall mount (made from recycled wood), fixings, succulents or seasonal plants & decorations.
Refreshments & Cake
Take away your living wall - which will last for as long as it's looked after! You could even change the decorations & keep it for Summer, Halloween & then Christmas!
Proudly display in your home or outside!
Please book a week in advance, if you are unable to book a week in advance please call Kerry on 07772349962. Once you have made your booking, we will send you a confirmation email. Please provide us with your location so that we can provide you with directions to get here. In addition, please also let us know if you would like a pre prepared living wall pad or if you would like to make one from scratch using a sewing machine.
Living walls are made from recycled wood, then we make our own hessian filled pads which are attached to the frame. The frames are then filled with plants, covered in moss & secured.
We can also cater for Birthdays & Hen Parties - and offer a complimentary cocktail to parties over 6 (peach bellini or espresso martini)
We are fully CRB checked & can cater workshops for children too! Children under 10 can attend a workshop with a paying adult free of charge. (You would only be able to take 1 product home though)
"I had a great time this aft. My Son was so disappointed that he hadn't been able to come with me so I've promised he can come next time. Can you email me when you have suitable events coming up especially if it's likely to be a small group. He and hubby were well impressed with the result......." A Dundas
