🍫 Chocolate Truffle Making Workshop 🎄
Join us at Oldfield Forge on Sunday 14th December at 2pm for a two-hour session where you will work with freshly made ganache, create individual flavour and decoration combinations, and leave with a box of 24 handmade truffles.
The session is designed to be relaxed, fun, and a little bit messy, giving everyone a taste of how to make chocolate truffles at home without fancy machines, using easily available ingredients.
The workshop will include:
🧴 Health, safety, and food hygiene briefing
🍫 Tasting of various chocolates
📝 Brief talk on chocolate tempering and making ganache for truffles
👩🍳 Demonstration of flavouring and hand-rolling truffles, with examples of different combinations
✨ Time to create your own bespoke truffle selection
🎁 Packaging your handcrafted truffles to take home
