Jonny Last and assistant Sam Egginton will introduce you to Parkour, Free running, Urban Acrobatics and much more in this one and a half hour training session. No previous experience is necessary but if you are already accomplished at Urban Movement then Jonny will hone your technique and sharpen up your skills.
There are only 15 places on each session.
Session 1: 1pm - 2.30pm
Session 2: 3pm - 4.30pm
Both boys and girls are welcome but you must be 7 years old and no older than 18 years old.
Wear comfortable clothing and sports shoes. Water is provided.
