About this event

In this four hour workshop Deb will show you all the techniques to make your own wreath using foraged foliage. It's a great opportunity to gather what is in our local countryside and get creative!

There are six spaces available in each workshop. Tickets include all materials and a mince pie, stollen, mulled wine or hot chocolate! Iris & Thyme will also provide some extra bits like dried fruits, eucalyptus, cinnamon sticks, hessian & velvet ribbons but please feel free to bring your own accessories for your wreath!

What do I need to bring?

Maybe best to wear sensible walking shoes ( based on the weather in December) as well as a waterproof coat! Also an apron & a pair of secateurs & a basket / bag to place your foraged foliage!

Where is Llantysilio Hall?

Llantysilio Hall is 7 minutes outside of Llangollen town centre by car. The Hall is situated between Llantysilio Church near to The Horseshoe Falls and the hamlet of Rhewl.

How old is the Hall?

The estate was purchased by the Victorian locomotive designer and builder Charles Beyer in 1867. He was co-founder of Beyer, Peacock & Company, one of the world's leading locomotive manufacturers.Beyer, a bachelor, built the 25-bedroom mansion house.
