Description

This event will be held on Wednesday 19th December in the Colin Ingram Seminar Room in the Institute of Neuroscience, Newcastle with the following timings:

5:30 - Arrival and reception drinks (wine and mince pies)

6pm – Becca Wedge-Roberts (Talk title – Do children see colour how we do? Affiliation – Department of Psychology, Durham University)

6:20pm – Cat Pattie (Talk title – See the difference? Evaluating EnChroma glasses as a treatment for colour blindness. Affiliation – Institute of Neuroscience, Newcastle University)

6:40pm - Break and refreshments (more wine and mince pies)

6:50pm –Ruben Pastilha (Talk title – New colour blindness lenses personalized to the user’s needs. Affiliation – Institute of Neuroscience, Newcastle University)

7:10pm – Abi Finch (Talk title – Chromatic Aberration: Creating Depth from Colour. Affiliation – Department of Physics, Durham University)
