🎶 Finding Relief Through Music: A Three-Part Progressive Facilitation 🎶


Join Jonathan in a unique three-part facilitation session, where music becomes a tool for processing chronic pain and illness.

Research highlights music as one of the most effective non-pharmacological methods for pain relief—offering a space to focus beyond the body and into sound, rhythm, and creative expression.


🎵 What to Expect:
Guided breathwork meditation exploring drone work to center and stabilize yourself
Communal music exercises to connect, harmonize, and affirm our shared journey
Creative expression through music, poetry, movement, or improvisation—use your craft on or off your chosen instrument
A supportive space to explore what serves you and let go of what doesn’t


Session Plan

  • The first session sub topic on 'Witnessing Your Own Pain',
  • Second on 'Witnessing Your Truth Away from Internalised Ableism'
  • Third Session focuses on creating a vessel to 'Shift the Relationship with Pain' recognise your super powers.


About Our Host: Jonathan

Jonathan's specialism as a brass session musician has trained him in the farthest reaches of exploring the breath through the traditions of Blues, Jazz and Ambient Music, genres built on holding, witnessing, and expressing pain.

As a composer for MATTERS UNKNOWN and NUBIYAN TWIST he has found a unique vessel for his journey with Amputation and chronic pain. This series will empower you to find agency through music. Whether you’re an experienced musician or simply curious, this space is for you.
