Overview
Chronology is deemed to be an essential element of risk assessment and risk management for those we are working with.
These sessions are for West Lothian Social Policy Staff who are involved in maintaining, analysing and reviewing the chronology.
Learning Objectives:
- Explain the need for, and circumstance in which, chronology should be used
- Increase knowledge and confidence of how to create and maintain a chronology
- Increase knowledge and confidence in analysing chronology and use of this in practice to identify patterns and risks from the past to improve the present and plan for the future for children, young people and adults.
This session will be interactive, involving practitioners engaging in case study exercises.
Refreshments will not be provided during the session. There are nearby facilities where required.
