Event description

Description

Open to all staff in the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Bristol.

This workshop will focus on writing abstracts for conferences, using the medical education conferences as examples (ASME & AMEE). We will explore what makes a good abstract, how to target your abstract for a conference or journal and writing a title with impact. We will also use writing exercises that will allow you to leave the workshop with a draft abstract for a project you are working on.

Session delivered by Dr Ellayne Fowler, Lecturer in Medical Education and Co-Programme Director TLHP

Part of a series of sessions organised by the Centre for Health Sciences Education.
