Description

The Grandson of Sir Winston Churchill, the Rt. Hon. Sir Nicholas Soames, speaks about his Grandfather from both a historical and personal perspective. Hosted in the Churchill War Rooms where he led the Allied Forces to victory this is a unique opportunity to learn more about arguably one of the greatest leaders of the 20th century.

Sir Nicholas will speak for 45 minutes to an hour and then give a 15 minute question and answer session. Private viewing of the Cabinet War Rooms and associated exhibitions is included in ticket price allowing attendees to explore these at their leisure before and after the lecture.

VIP tickets are available which include a post-lecture champagne reception and the opportunity to meet Sir Nicholas personally. The reception wil be hosted in the famous Harmsworth Room housing the generators that powered the war rooms.

All profits from the lecture will benefit the work of Stoll (The Sir Oswald Stoll Foundation) housing and helping vulnerable Veterans in the UK (Registered chairty no. 207939). For further details about the work of Stoll visit the website www.stoll.org.uk
