Bright Futures, a Guernsey based Charitable Human Capital Institute, will once again be hosting the C.I. Human Capital Summit: The Future of Work event on 2nd April 2020 in Guernsey, kindly sponsored by Carey Olsen, Rossborough Insurance, HSBC and Grant Thornton. We are thrilled to have secured the OECD, FT and Bloomberg amongst many others.

The C.I. Human Capital Summit; The Future of Work, is an innovative and thought provoking event that will provide delegates with globally relevant human capital and technological advancement insights, in preparation for the future of work. We are delighted to welcome back the OECD who will share their global human capital insights, economic input from the FT, human capital sustainability research from Bloomberg. We also welcome a range of leading technologists, including change markers from the University of Cambridge who will explore the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on financial services following a recent joint research initiative with the World Economic Forum. Last, we explore insights from Hatsumi on the future of virtual reality (VR) in healthcare, how to manage the risks and opportunities of an ageing society as well as insights into the Skills Revolution and future fit leadership 4.0.

The core focus of the event will be to highlight key economic and social trends related to the changing face of the workforce (present and anticipated future) highlighting the impact of the gig economy, skills gaps and future requirements, skills adjacency, agility and learnability, declining well-being, changing demographics and how the future of work landscape is set to change over the next decade.
