This event is open to members and non-members - friends, family, and other guests are most welcome.

Transport: Transport will be available between Burnham Train Station and the hotel, the distance is less than two miles, both before and after the dinner, for those who would like to take the public transport.

Accommodation: The hotel is also offering discounted bread and breakfast rates for the guests.

Dress code: Lounge suit.

Sponsors: Sponsors are most welcome to join, by either sponsoring student members, (Student/Young Members tickets are £35.00 including VAT per person) booking a table of 10 for the price of eight, or contributing part or full of the pre-dinner drink.
