Ken founded Make Architects in 2004 and oversees the design development of all the practice’s schemes. Over the course of his 50-year career, he’s worked on some of the most groundbreaking architectural landmarks in the world.

Ken recently served as President of the British Council for Offices, is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, and a member of the UK Government Advisory Group on Professional and Business Services. He holds several honorary doctorates, and regularly contributes to industry magazines and lectures at architecture schools in the UK and abroad.

In 2013, he set up the Future Spaces Foundation to advance research and debate about the spaces we live in.

In this talk, Ken will provide an overview of his career to date and some lessons learnt along the way.
