Description

The CIBSE YEPG is pleased to invite you to an evening of interactive debate, discussions and presentations on the fifth night of its 2017 Carbon Bite Nights series.

Topic: Debate - Future of Decarbonisation; Gas vs Electric

Register now for the opportunity to hear the opinion of industry experts speaking about the distinct division of opinion about the future of UK heat: all-electric or gas. However, with so many potential influences on the energy mix of the future, can the argument be so black and white?

Speakers:

- Phil Jones, CIBSE CHP & District Heating Group

- Huw Blackwell, Islington Council

- Elliott More, Arup

- Barny Evans, WSP

Doors will open at 5:45 pm for refreshments and registration with presentations kicking off at 6pm followed by a Q&A session. After the session there will be an opportunity for drinks, nibbles and networking and we aim to close things out by 7:45pm. This session will contribute to 1.5 hours of CPD time.

The event is kindly being hosted by the Institute of Environmental Design & Engineering, University College London at:

G01, Central House

14, Upper Woburn Place

London, WC1H 0NN

We look forward to seeing you there!
