What if I have accessibility or dietary needs?

Please contact us by email at: ioe.cicada.study@ucl.ac.uk to let us know your special requirements. The venue is accessible and we are ordering food with common dietary needs in mind but we really would like to hear about your specific needs to give you the best experience,

What room is the event in?

The main activities will take place in the Hardy Room at de Morgan House. We will have refreshments and displays in the adjoining catering area. We have also booked use of a small garden so fingers crossed for good weather! Please email ioe.cicada.study@ucl.ac.uk if you need more information.

What is the nearest tube?

The nearest tube is Russell Square, on the Piccadilly Line. The venue is also about a 10 minute walk from Euston (Victoria, Northern lines and Main Rail) nd a similar distance from Kings Cross (Victoria, Northern, Piccadilly, Circle, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan and Main Rail).

Sorry but we decided to make this an in-person only event. It would be hard to appreciate some of the activities online. However we will try to record sessions to share later.
