This course provides practical, efficient and comprehensive food safety training for all types of food businesses. The course covers the minimum industry standards for practices and procedures expected of any food handler or food business owner, including:
food hazards, contamination & cross-contamination, safe food handling, food storage, food allergens & managing allergen risk, personal hygiene, pest control, cleaning and food safety law.
The course reinforces the importance of food safety and provides an understanding of how to identify and control food safety hazards in the workplace.
