5 day training course plus one day for examinations

9am to 4:30pm daily
This course is also aimed at managers, supervisors and senior hygiene personnel such as:
quality and technical staff
HACCP team members
owners or managers of food businesses
supervisors with intermediate food hygiene knowledge
shift managers or supervisors
Ideal for anyone working in food and drink manufacturing.
Identify areas for legal compliance
Design an improvement plan
Deliver the CIEH Level 1 and 2 Awards in Food Safety (with appropriate training skills and experience)
Successful candidates are eligible to apply to become a Accredited Associate member of the CIEH
Highly recommended minimum prior knowledge to the level of the Level 3 Food Safety. Candidates should be able to analyse, interpret and evaluate complex material and relate it to their own food operation. If not candidates may have to attend for a pre course interview and test
You should have experience working in a food business.
Candidates undertaking the level 4 food hygiene course are expected to participate in delivering training sessions to the class, participate in group work and set aside time for self study outside the course.
