Description

The Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 11 October 2016 at Cardiff and Vale College, Cardiff and all members are invited to join us. A workshop will precede the main business of the AGM with a draft programme as follows:

12.40 – 12.55: Strategic role of the Act (Gwilym Hughes, Cadw)
12.55 – 13.10: Key provisions of the Act (Angharad Huws, Cadw)
13.10 – 13.25: HER provisions (TBC, Cadw)
13.25 – 13.40: Extending the definition of a Scheduled Monument (Jonathan Berry, Cadw)
13.40 – 13.55: Problems with damage cases – using historic examples and how the provisions of the Act might help (Paul Belford, Clwyd Powys Archaeological Trust)
