CIFAL Surrey is a training centre accredited by the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR). CIFAL Surrey is committed to capacity-building for sustainability and climate leadership for business leaders, policy-makers, and civil society organisations.

This evening event will launch CIFAL Surrey's 2025/2026 training programme "Sustainability leadership for business" and provide stakeholders with an exciting overview of the cutting-edge knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to implement more sustainable strategies and processes.

This 2-day course is designed to equip business leaders and managers with the knowledge, skills, and tools to lead sustainability within their organisation.

The programme runs twice per year. The next confirmed programme dates are:

Thursday 6th November to Friday 7th November 2025.

The programme is delivered by leading experts on sustainability at the University of Surrey, as well as guest industry speakers and UNITAR keynote address.

Participants will receive the prestigious UNITAR executive certificate of completion, which effectively includes participants in CIFAL Surrey and the UNITAR Alumni cohort.
