The UK government, and by extension, Defence, have proactively adopted carbon reduction targets. This addresses our impact on the environment but what about its impact on us?
The ways in which climate change will impact defence logistics can be broken down as follows:
- changes in supply chain
- changes in mission demand
- changes in operating conditions
We will cover the need for adaptation and why we need to start now to achieve competitive advantage.
