It is fully recognised that supply chains are at the very heart of all product based business models and service based businesses rely on them heavily to function effectively. Paul will look back at the events in the last 12 months then project forward to the challenges and opportunities for 2026 and beyond. The one fundamental question to be addressed is : "Do businesses have the skills and capabilities to respond, and what leadership challenges will we face?" Paul will use recent examples to show how operational leaders are making a difference in all areas of their roles because they have the skills and capabilities to manage complex supply chains. As well as his core theme Paul will also touch on some of the current global supply chain challenges that will allow leaders to create opportunities for personal growth. Case studies and personal stories will bring alive each area Paul addresses.
Full details of the exact location will be sent before the event to those registered to attend in person. The presentation will also be available as a webinar.
