Cinnamon Supper Club's Pahadi Cuisine of Kashmir, Jammu, Shimla & Himachal

Experience the variety and mouthwatering flavours of the Pahadi ( mountainous ) cuisines of the Himalayan states such as Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Shimla. These states are part of the great mosaic that is the sub-continent of India. Throughout history, many invaded and occupied these states with itheir fertile and rich land; from the Aryans, Turks, Persians, Greeks, Moguls to the British. These colonisers helped to create an additional variation and exciting fusion of flavours and taste in the cuisine of thsee states. We aim to bring you a taste of this in our specially designed set menu. Sample a wonderful 5 course taster menu representative of this diversity where Vegetarians and Non Vegetarians are equally catered for. At this event , we can easily cater for any food intolerances if known at the point of sale of tickets or promptly thereafter on email request. Wine, beers and alcohol are available for purchase at the venue. Fund raising continues for the Bubble Foundation - Bubble Unit at the RVI aiding the care & treatment of children diagnosed with Severe Combined Immunodeficiency (SCID), children born with a gene deficiency that means they can’t fight infection. 10% of profit on the night will be donated. We will also hold an auction with interesting prizes where proceeds will be donated to the charity.
