Join CIOB, QSEP and NZIQS members for a unique site visit hosted by Aspec Wellington and Pandion, featuring two exciting industrial projects at 3 Kinleith Grove, Kenepuru.
The visit will include:
• A tour of Freeman Roofing’s newly completed Roll Forming Factory, where you’ll see the roll forming machines in action and learn about the manufacturing process behind roofing supply.
• Followed by a walkthrough of Pandion’s new warehouse and office development next door at 3A Kinleith Grove, currently under construction by Aspec Wellington.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain insights into the full development lifecycle, from the bespoke requirements of industrial tenants in the manufacturing sector to the construction delivery.

PPE Required: Hi-vis, safety boots, and hard hat.
Site requirements: ALL attendees must wear their own high vis vest, steel capped boots and bring their own hard hat. If you do not have proper PPE upon arrival, you may not be allowed on the site for your own safety. Please ensure you bring all the PPE listed with you, we cannot guarantee that spare equipment will be available on-site.
