We will unpack the different types of critical paths that influence effective project management and demonstrate how each provides a foundation for distinct methods of delay analysis.

  • Reuben Burns Moderator, Director - Versed Advisory: Reuben is a seasoned construction professional with over 20 years of experience in managing complex projects across the UK, Australia, and Africa. As Director of Versed Advisory, he specialises in forensic delay and quantum analysis for high-stakes construction disputes. A member of multiple professional organisations, he is recognised for his ability to navigate the technical and commercial challenges in the construction industry.


  • Andrew Taylor, Associate Director - Versed Advisory: Andrew has over 19 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry, delivering solutions for projects in road, rail, power, renewables, and more across multiple continents. His career encompasses the full project lifecycle, from concept design to major project delivery with leading contractors. Recently, he has specialised in forensic delay analysis, providing expert support on complex disputes and claims.
