About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour

Most of us do not enjoy having difficult conversations. But they are an inevitable part of our work life. And how we handle those conversations can transform relationships and the culture of organisations.

From conversations with the public to a colleague, from managing volunteers to managing upwards - mastering challenging conversations can help us to overcome the fear we feel at the prospect of it.

Jo Stone is a Leadership & Communications Coach (Leadership Coaching | Stepping Stones Coaching (stepping-stones-coaching.com)) with a 25 year background in the Charity Sector. Jo will be leading this workshop and look at how to turn those difficult conversations and relationships into really positive and collaborative opportunities. This will be an interactive workshop and will give you the opportunity to put the theory into practice.

Zoë Furnivall - Legacy Product Manager at PDSA
