With the highest levels of employment in over 40 years, the latest research has highlighted that the UK labour market has a talent mismatch with over one-third of employers stating they are not confident that they will be able to recruit the skills needed to meet their organisation's needs over the next 12 months – there continues to be a war on talent. The CIPD South Yorkshire and District branch are pleased to be able to host a recruitment focused HR Breakfast seminar, helping to equip you with the necessary tools to win the war on talent. The session will be facilitated by Hayley Robinson, from Networx and will concentrate on Security, Data Protection, Onboarding, Referencing and other "must know" tips for recruiting in 2017.
This event will provide you with an opportunity to learn about the latest changes in recruitment and how you can apply them to your recruitment strategy. At this event we will share with you some of the latest changes that are happening in recruitment to help you improve your own hiring strategies. Topics will include:

Hayley is an extremely experienced recruiter, that works with many organisations and sectors across Yorkshire. Hayley now works at Networx, using the latest techniques and knowledge help companies to source top talent across all industries and disciplines and improve every aspect of their recruitment process.
The event will also include a session where you can ask the Networx team about your own specific recruitment needs or requirements and they will be on hand to provide advice through the available options you need to sources the best candidates.

Who should attend? - This will be of particular interest to those involved in resourcing and recruitment for their business - including HR and line managers.
Our event will take place at the Hilton Hotel, Victoria Quays, Furnival Road, Sheffield, S4 7YB.
Parking is available on site on a first come first serve basis. Further parking is also available at the Victoria Quays car park which is just a short walk away.
Places are very limited, so please only if you are able to attend the event. Priority will be given to CIPD members.
