For the last five years as Professional Conduct Manager, Tina has lead the implementation of the CIPD Code of Professional Conduct and supporting Procedures. Reviewing complaints of alleged breaches of the Code, managing investigations and conduct hearings Tina is responsible for the management of over 60 volunteers.
