How to learn through innovation and the challenges it brings

During this event, we will explore the highs and lows of bringing in innovative learning solutions to a large organisation. This will cover the inception of an idea, how that is then brought to life and initiated into a proof of concept. If early testing is successful, how does this POC then become business as usual and the challenges this brings around culture.

As a result of attending this event you will:

  • Start to discover what the innovation process involves and some of the quick wins you can achieve.
  • How to become more innovative as a business by bringing people on the journey.
  • How to test and show the value of your innovative solution from POC to BAU.
  • How to develop an innovation culture as everyone has great ideas that you could benefit from.

Refreshments will be served from 18:00hrs with the event starting promptly at 18:30hrs.

We all know that colleagues are an organisations most valuable asset, yet so many of us still struggle to retain them. What impact do your recruitment and induction processes have on colleague retention? Do you actually have the right colleagues in the role in the first place and are you setting them up for success during their first few months in the organisation?

This event aims to share with you the journey we went on to answers these questions. The session will take you through how we transformed our candidate experience and created an award winning on-boarding programme - all aimed at improving our colleague retention.
