We live in a world of uncertainty, where small issues can escalate into a crisis, with CEO's quickly facing share prices drops and personal consequences. The radical transparency of the connected world means that leaders need to demonstrate ethical maturity to do the right thing when the chips are down. Extraordinary events stir up emotions and we need we build out capacity to thrive in these circumstances, and also help our organisations to respond with humanity and enable staff advocacy.

This event will be led by our speaker Carrie Birmingham. In an engaging style, Carrie will provide a fascinating insight into the human side of leading through Extraordinary events.

Our Speaker:

Carrie Birmingham - Founder, Carrie Birmingham Consult Ltd

 Carrie Birmingham spent 10 years as HR Director for News UK, where she was involved in handling the unexpected closure of the News of the World, charges of phone hacking and over 20 employees being arrested for paying public officials.

She now runs her own consultancy business and she will share the results of her research about how organisations can prepare, lead and transform from extraordinary events.

How do you use the personal information I provide when registering?
