The CIPD Leraning Hub is for any CIPD student anywhere in the world, that’s looking to develop and sustain the knowledge and behaviours they need to become a credible expert in people at work.

Whether you’re just starting out in your career as a people professional or have already stepped onto your career ladder, the hub will help you achieve your unique learning and professional development goals.

This session is open to CIPD Lecturers as well as CIPD Students.

Andy Lancaster leads learning at the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) where he is responsible for the vision and creation of innovative learning solutions to support the people profession worldwide. He has more than 30 years’ experience in learning and organizational development in commercial, technological and not-for-profit organizations and has a research Masters' degree in instructional design. He regularly speaks at conferences, writes and contributes to research.

Please note:

1. Webinar joining instructions will be sent to you 2 days before the event (with further reminders 2 hours prior to the session and 20mins prior to the session).
2. The webinar will start at 10:00 and run for about 90 minutes.
3. We will record the webinar and will share will people afterwards. We will be using the recording to upload it to CIPD channels.
4. The chat function will be used for participants to engage with the webinar, rather than audio and video, so just be mindful of the login name you use and ensure you are happy for other people to see this.
5. Professional photography and video production may be taking place at the event, and these images and videos may be used on future promotional materials for CIPD.
