Description

Event Details:

We all know that current contexts from political to demographic developments are making organisations focus more on what diversity and inclusion mean for their context today and in the future. Researchers connect more and more D&I for innovation and better working environment and performing teams but what does it actually look like for your organisation?

Join us for an evening event while we explore from research to practice what D&I could mean for your organisation and hear more about practical guidelines and principle based standards on D&I.

In this session, we will be looking at:

  • The implications and opportunities for employers of an ageing workforce demographic
  • Embracing age diversity in practice
  • How to create an enabling future for carers in the workplace
  • Case study examples of how organisations are embracing age diversity for positive benefit
  • Understand how you can bring good practice while learning from others
  • Look into the BSI standards for Diversity and Inclusion
  • Understand CIPD's journey to Champion D&I in the workplace
