What is the likely economic impact of Brexit in the short and medium term? Drawing on recent forecasts and CIPD member surveys, what are policy makers, economic forecasters, and employers telling us about the impact on hiring, costs, and investment – and what steps are they taking to cope with them. Just how big is the threat that migrants will leave the UK in the face of uncertainty and anti-migrant sentiment and what can employers do to reassure their migrant workforce? This event will give an objective assessment of how things stand, how they might develop, and what options employers have for coping with them.
