David D'Souza - Head of London and Head of Engagement (Braches), CIPD
David is the CIPD’s Head of London. Recently described as “one of the UK’s most influential HR and workplace commentators”, he is a respected speaker and writer on progressive HR & business practice.
David has expertise on a wide range of areas, including organisational development, learning & development, talent and performance management, ethics, employee engagement and the future of work.
Prior to joining the CIPD, David worked as an independent Organisational Development Consultant, having held previous roles as Head of People Development at Metrobank and in various HR positions for an international FS firm. David tweets regularly from @dds180
Richard Goldsbrough - Student Development Manager, CIPD
Richard joined the CIPD in 2014 and is part of the Membership Development team, primarily looking after the student value proposition.
Previously, he worked for Pearson, where he managed both Marketing Communications and Product Management for the BTEC qualifications and a large general FE College in Southampton.
Hannah Pratt - Centre Development Liaison, CIPD
Hannah began working at CIPD in 2014 and is part of the Membership Development team. As Centre Development Liaison she works with universities, colleges and private training providers to promote CIPD qualifications and careers in HR, as well as supporting students with access to tools and resources to support their study. Prior to joining CIPD, Hannah spent 4 years working in HR and Recruitment within the finance industry after completing her degree at Loughborough University.
Fiona McBride - ViceChair, CIPD Central London Branch and L&D Consultant
Fiona McBride is an experienced consultant, facilitator and coach specialising in developing managers and leaders at all levels within organisations. A learning and development specialist with over 10 years experience, an MSc in Personnel & Development and a Chartered member of the CIPD. Fiona is currently the Vice-Chair for Central London branch.
