Promoting and supporting employee well-being is at the heart of CIPD’s purpose to champion better work and working lives because an effective workplace well-being programme can deliver mutual benefit to people, businesses, economies and wider society.
At the second CIPD London Well-being Conference, you will hear practical case studies on how HR can take the lead in improving employee well-being through exploring topics such as Financial Well-being, Workplace design, stress, resilience and mental health. The Conference will equip you with the knowledge and insight to become a Well-being Champion for your organisation and ensure Well-being is an organisational priority.

Joining instructions
Please make sure you're bringing your membership card on the day of the conference if you're a member or student. You will receive your badge, agenda and conference pack at the reception.
Cancellations and Refunds Policy
If you are unable to attend this conference please give us at least 1-week notice and we will be happy to refund 100% of your booking fee or book you on to a subsequent event to the same value. Cancellations received after this time will be non-transferable and non-refundable.
