How has modern technology changed the way we collaborate with people within our organisations?
The CIPD Profession Map recognises the ‘way we do things’ through the eight behaviours. Building on the success of the previous sessions; The April session will focus on two behaviours:
• Courage to Challenge
Members of the branch Membership will lead the session. This session is designed to be very interactive using technology and different software to focus on how technology has changed how we collaborate. It will begin with an introduction to the different types of software that are freely available to enhance the way we collaborate. Following the introduction, we will give you a live demonstration of how these can be used. Then through video demonstration we will give you an insight to our second behaviour; courage to challenge, this will highlight and identify areas for learners personal development. These sessions are suitable for HR and L& D Professionals at whatever stage of their career and are designed to encourage reflection, networking and action planning.
What time do I need to arrive at the event?
Please arrive at 18:00 for registration and refreshments, the session will then run from 18:30 to 20:00
Is there car parking at the event?
Car parking is available at the Quorn Country Hotel
What is the refund policy?
The event is free for CIPD members to attend. Non-member places may be cancelled up to 1 week before the event, after that the £12 fee is non-refundable.
