Working on wellbeing

Employee experience and how workplace wellbeing is supported within the industry is central to the CIPD's New Profession Map. Not only does the Map set a high international benchmark for the people profession, but it closely aligns with the CIPD's continuing aspirational agenda which:

Combining policy and practice, this event brings together experts from across Wales, giving you the chance to hear the latest insight and debates, learn from the experiences of other organisations and focus on the specific challenges to enable people professionals to deliver a robust strategy to achieve organisational success through wellbeing.

We're particularly delighted to welcome CIPD's President, Professor Sir Cary Cooper, world-renowned eminient psychologist and 50th Anniversary Professor of Organisational Psychology and Health at Manchester Business School.
