Why would somebody want to work for you?

What makes a ‘good’ employer?

What do employees really value?

We are delighted to welcome Nina Szewczak, Senior Leadership and Development Manager, LUSH; Treacy Webster, Director of Talent Management and Development at Ceuta Healthcare, and Kelly Hector, HR Director at Churchill Retirement Living, to talk us through their approach to the employee value proposition and the work they have done to become recognised as good employers.

LUSH, based in Poole is well known for its fresh handmade cosmetics and its ethical stance in producing these and its approach to its people.

Ceuta Healthcare, part of Ceuta Group is a global outsourced marketing business with a focus on its people and customers. It has been an accredited Investor in People Gold since 2012.

Churchill Retirement Living is a family owned company that builds retirement apartments across the UK. It was ranked 2nd in The Sunday Times top 100 companies in 2019.
