Event description
CIPR Midlands is excited to host Tom Flatau from Team Working International, and his session on creating a growth mindset.

About this event

CIPR Midlands is excited to host Tom Flatau from Team Working International, and his session on creating a growth mindset.

This event is part of the CIPR Midlands Sustainability of Communications Festival 2021. It links to Sustainable Development Goal 8: Promote Sustained, Inclusive, and Sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment, and decent work for all.

Tom will use his intricate knowledge of neuroscience to help you deliver business success. Neuroscience-backed techniques help audiences switch from a fixed mindset, to a growth mindset, helping to boost productivity within the workplace.

These neuroscience-based methods help explain why we behave in certain ways and also challenge existing behaviours at the root. This understanding of why helps to inspire permanent positive change.

This talk will help to dismantle fixed mindsets and, instead, encourage individuals to expand on their existing talents and abilities.

Team Working International prioritise creating a safe space within their talks which allows for an open discussion among audiences, allowing them to answer questions such as: what will I do differently? And - how will I enhance productivity?

This event will take place via Zoom.
