Circle: A Threshold Session
Overview
Welcome to Circle: A Threshold Session!
Before we create sustained spaces for dialogue, we need to pause and listen.
Circle: A Threshold Session is a standalone, gently held space for Black professional women to arrive, reflect and notice what feels present in their working lives.
This session is not coaching, therapy, networking, or a DEI programme.
There is nothing to prepare and no requirement to speak.
Instead, this space offers:
- time to pause without urgency,
- space to listen, to yourself and to others,
- and the chance to be present without performance.
This session is designed as a threshold - a moment of arrival and listening - before any further design or programming takes shape.
What to expect
- A lightly facilitated online session
- Silence welcomed as much as speech
- No introductions or pressure to share
- Clear boundaries and confidentiality
- No fixing, advising, or extracting
- Arrive as you are — no preparation required
You don’t need to explain who you are or what you do.
You don’t have to earn your place here.
Who this is for
- Black professional women
- Based anywhere in the world
- Curious about voice, belonging and safety in professional spaces
This is a standalone session.
There is no obligation beyond attending.
