Circle Design & Facilitator⭕️Programme
Trauma informed + Neuro Inclusive + Deeply Human
Learn the art of holding space with presence and care. Join Catherine in this 6 week circle design and facilitator journey that’s grounded, spacious, and uniquely yours, with a trauma informed, neuro inclusive approach to circle facilitation.
Overview
Coming in September is The Circle Design and Facilitator Programme which is a live, 6 week online training for space holders who want to design and deliver meaningful circle spaces - rooted in somatic wisdom, relational safety and neuro inclusive practice.
The programme is for space holders who are ready to hold circle spaces that feel as good to offer as they do to receive. The programme guides you step-by-step in designing your own circle based offering - from vision to delivery.
You’ll discover how the art of storytelling can be the bridge to deep connection and profound transformation.
The training blends over a decade of experience in holding space, facilitation and circle delivery, along with learning, practice, peer support and reflection to help you build and hold your circle.
Each week includes a 90 minute live session, with built in reflective practice invitations, and opportunity for peer collaboration.
You don’t need to be a polished performer to hold powerful group spaces. You need presence, intention, and a structure that honours depth, difference, and care.
Whether you’re called to create a grief group, a space to nurture creativity, explore new beginnings, navigate painful endings, or a self-discovery circle - you’ll be guided to confidently build and create something that feels authentically yours, while rooted in frameworks that support nervous system safety, inclusivity, and relational connection.
You’ll discover circles that feel as good to hold as they do to receive.
We are wired for connection, and when we sit in circle, we rewire the damage of disconnection. Healing happens not in fixing, but in witnessing, in holding space where every voice matters and every story belongs.
