Pick up your mat, your trainers, comfortable sportswear and get ready for an hour of fitness and fun!
The CIRCUIT is the perfect intensity for a complete workout thanks to easy and fun exercises. The class is set up with different phases :
- A full warm-up to boost the joints and the main muscle groups
- The circuit is organized into small groups who have to repeat series of strength or cardio exercises with little rest between sets.
- A full cardio workout inspired from a Swedish Fit Standard class
- Active recovery and active stretching exercises
Good to know: the Circuit is the right class to sculpt your body; it improves strength building and muscular endurance. This intensity is highly recommended in addition to running and other Swedish Fit classes.
What Is Swedish Fit?

How to join a class?
You don't need to book a class but please come 15 minutes before the begining.
Access to classes is possible, by:
- Presenting a personal and valid Swedish Fit/Gym Suédoise Member Card (1month unlimited access £25)
- Presenting a Swedish Fit ticket (50 pounds for 10 simple entries)
- Paying a single class fee (6 pounds)
