Join our instructor Martin for a 10-week course of circuit training. Classes will take place on a weekly basis every Wednesday evening from 7pm-8pm commencing on Wednesday 19th October. Circuit training is a fantastic method of training for all fitness levels due to it's great flexibility. Exercises can be tailored to meet the needs of individuals.Circuits offer a fun, varied and targeted way of improving both aerobic fitness and muscle tone.
