Description

Circular Design Masterclass

Learn how to use circular design effectively to build business models that are profitable, human-centred and environmentally sustainable.

In recent years, we have watched the adoption of circular economy approaches by large organisations, such as Unilever, Renault, Google, Patagonia & Danone. Our aim is to empower SMEs with these tools and methods so that a broader range of companies can also improve their supply chains, make savings, increase customer loyalty, minimise waste, build more resilient business models and have a positive impact on the living world.

Designed to inspire and inform, this masterclass will include engaging talks to introduce you to circular design, its principles and benefits along with real business case studies and an interactive workshop. Using tools and templates, you’ll learn how you can move away from the traditional linear approach (make, use, dispose) and towards a circular business model.

Tools and methodologies:

• Circular Design case studies

• Circular Business Model canvas

• Circular opportunity mapping

• Design Thinking

Key Benefits & takeaways:

• Spark enthusiasm and foster innovation culture within your organisation.

• Delight your customers by developing products and services better suited to their needs and prevailing trends.

• Learn a set of tools and templates for creative problem solving that lead to environmentally sound, socially just and profitable solutions.
