Circular Peterborough Workshop

During the process of co-creating our Circular Peterborough Commitment with you and all the organisations and individuals involved, it became clear that being able to measure our progress is vital to developing the Circular Peterborough programme. We would like to call upon your expertise, ideas and creativity to help us develop a model for measuring Peterborough’s progress.

To do this we’re hosting a workshop on; as before, the workshop will be highly interactive and collaborative.

The focus will be on two key areas:

- Session 1: Co-creating Circular Peterborough Maturity Model

The aim is to develop a model to measure the progress of the Circular Peterborough programme, centred on the 7R’s; the 7R’s are the practical steps Peterborough has developed to help it embark on its Circular City journey. These are set out in the Circular Peterborough Commitment.

- Session 2: Circular Peterborough Champion Scheme

Building on the pilots we developed last March, we have created a Champion Scheme focussed on the 7R’s. These steps are closely linked to how we will measure progress using the Maturity Model.
