Spend the morning with us discovering the beautiful craft of Indian block printing.

Join us for a creative morning exploring the traditional craft of Indian block printing. In this workshop you’ll learn how to use beautifully carved wooden blocks to create your own unique patterns on fabric.

You’ll have the chance to experiment with colours, layering and repeating designs while learning about the history and techniques behind this centuries-old printing method. No experience is needed.

During the workshop you can choose to:

🌟 Print a tote bag provided at the workshop

🌟Bring along your own clothing item to print (such as a T-shirt, shirt or fabric item)

🌟 Print fabric pieces that you can save for the afternoon session

If you’re joining our afternoon rucksack-making workshop, you can print fabric in the morning and then use your own hand-printed material to create a one-of-a-kind rucksack later in the day.

All printing materials and guidance will be provided. Just bring your creativity (and any clothing you’d like to print on)! ✨
